John has a wealth of experience working across the UK and beyond. John has worked with FTSE 100 companies, as an Investment Fund Accountant in Sydney and as a Financial Controller, Auditor and Practice Accountant.
When he's not working out what it is that people need to better secure their financial future, John spends his time with his wife, Gail, young children, Jack and Molly and their English Staffordshire Terrier, Lola.

Victoria is a law graduate from Trinity College Dublin and worked in a large IFA firm prior to joining BPS. With over 10 years experience in financial services, Victoria, is well positioned to advise her clients on all aspects of their personal protection insurance needs. This depth of experience within the financial services industry has given her the skills to understand and identify client needs, and an appreciation of the care and professionalism needed to nurture successful client relationships.
When not working, Victoria is a keen crossfitter and can most often be found at the gym or socialising with friends.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years' experience of advising local corporate and individual clients on various financial advisory matters. His most recent experience, prior to BPS, was gained in a senior management role within a highly regarded local corporate finance advisory firm working within corporate transaction services and restructuring advisory.
Mark's experience in dealing directly with clients, commercial funders and other advisers alike in various business scenarios, allows him to discuss real world risks with his clients and, where possible, mitigate the risks through life insurance policies. His Chartered Accountancy qualification brings with it a knowledge base and attention to detail needed to ensure clients get the right advice.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his young family. Having hung up his own rugby boots a few years back, Mark enjoys being a successful armchair coach for the Ulster and Irish rugby teams!

With over 10 years financial services and mortgage experience, Darren, has extensive knowledge in arranging both Buy To Let and residential mortgages all over the UK.* Prior to joining the BPS team, Darren built up his own business offering a holistic portfolio of mortgage services which enabled a thorough understanding of client's needs and allowed more control and focus on client service.
Darren uses this experience to provide high quality and timely mortgage advice to our highly valued BPS Personal clients.
When not working Darren enjoys spending time with his wife, Clare, and two young daughters, Olivia and Lily. He also enjoys cycling, going to the gym, playing football and for his sins, is a keen Norwich City fan.

When not working Paul lives life in the fast lane! He is a F1 fan and enjoys weekend trips to the North Coast on his motorbike.

A Management Graduate, Peter manages the admin function across the group and underpins the client journey from start to finish, ensuring clients are in the loop and up to speed every step of the way.
Peter aims to make life as easy as possible for his clients, ensuring any input required from them is scheduled at a time that suits them best. He also keeps the clients up to date as progress is made.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys deep sea fishing and weekends away, although his current hobby is trying to find a new hobby. Scuba diving, clay pigeon shooting and jet skiing have all been tested to date as the hunt continues.

With more than 16 years' experience gained at management level, Jenny has particular expertise of overseeing day-to-day operations and building strong client relationships.
Jenny values the delivery of outstanding customer service as a key driver of any successful business, so she's in great company here at BPS.
When not at work, Jenny likes to read extensively, spend time with friends and go hiking in the Mournes, finding particular pleasure in enjoying a cup of tea at the summit!
